Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

Fluxor is a non-custodial application. We do not custody your funds or private keys. Much of your activity occurs directly on public blockchains, which have their own inherent transparency. Please read this policy carefully to understand what data we do and do not collect.

1. Introduction

Fluxor ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you when you use the Fluxor iOS application ("App") and the website at fluxor.exchange ("Site"), collectively the "Interface," and explains how we collect, use, store, and share that information.

By using the Interface, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy supplements and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised policy on the Site and, where feasible, through a notice in the App. Your continued use of the Interface after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect the following information that you directly provide:

  • Contact and Support Communications: If you contact us for support or other enquiries via email or other means, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your communication.
  • Public Wallet Address: The blockchain wallet address(es) you connect to the App for the purpose of using swap and wallet services.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App or Site, we may automatically collect the following categories of information:

  • Device Information: Device type, iOS version, and App version.
  • App Usage Data: Features used, screens visited, and transaction activity initiated through the App, such as swap requests, token selections, and approximate amounts.
  • Network Information: IP address (collected transiently for geographic restriction enforcement and fraud prevention; not retained long-term for profiling purposes).
  • Error and Crash Logs: Technical diagnostic information to identify, reproduce, and fix errors in the App.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about our minimal data posture:

  • We do not use third-party analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar tracking services.
  • We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA or similar).
  • We do not track your activity across other applications or websites.
  • We do not access, store, or transmit your private keys. The private key is managed using a third-party MPC-TSS solution, with one shard saved on your device and another on secure enclaves in encrypted form, while a third-party smart account infrastructure provider manages the EIP-7702 smart account routing.
  • We do not have access to your biometric data used by your device for authentication.

2.4 Blockchain and On-Chain Data

Fluxor operates by broadcasting transactions on public blockchain networks. You should be aware that:

  • All transactions you execute through the App are permanently and publicly recorded on the applicable blockchain network.
  • Your public wallet address, transaction amounts, token types, timestamps, and counterparty addresses are permanently visible to any party who queries the blockchain.
  • This on-chain information is outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Fluxor has no ability to modify, redact, or delete blockchain records.
  • Your public wallet address may be linkable to your identity by blockchain analytics companies, law enforcement, or other parties, now or in the future.
  • If you are unfamiliar with the public and immutable nature of blockchain transactions, we strongly encourage you to research this before using the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Interface: To operate, maintain, and deliver the App's features, including swap routing, wallet management, transaction history, and market data display.
  • Transaction Record-Keeping: To record and maintain your swap transaction history and wallet activity within the App.
  • Geographic Restriction Enforcement: To enforce the geographic and sanctions-based restrictions described in Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions, using IP address data for initial access checks.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal activity and to maintain the security and integrity of the App.
  • Technical Maintenance: To diagnose and fix technical errors, crashes, and performance issues.
  • Support Communications: To respond to your enquiries and support requests.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from government or law enforcement authorities.
  • Service Improvement: To understand usage patterns and improve the Interface over time.

4. Third-Party Services and Their Data Practices

Fluxor integrates a number of third-party services that are essential to the operation of the App. These services may independently collect certain data from your device or about your usage under their own privacy policies. Fluxor is not responsible for the data practices of these third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

4.1 Wallet and Smart Account Infrastructure

The App integrates third-party smart account and key management infrastructure providers to enable social authentication, non-custodial wallet creation, and Multi-Party Computation (MPC) key management. These service providers process your interaction data, public wallet addresses, and authentication credentials in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

4.2 DEX Aggregators and Liquidity Networks

The App integrates third-party decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregators on both EVM-compatible chains and Solana. These aggregators receive your transaction parameters (token pairs, chains, routing paths, and approximate amounts) to generate real-time routing quotes and transaction calldata.

4.3 Market Data, Node Infrastructure, and Monitoring

The App displays token prices and portfolio valuations sourced from third-party APIs. On-chain event tracking, transaction status, and blockchain activity are monitored using third-party nodes, webhooks, and RPC infrastructure to deliver real-time feedback.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors and service providers who process data on our behalf to support the operation of the Interface (e.g., cloud hosting, database management, security). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes for which it was shared.
  • Legal Requirements: To comply with applicable law, court orders, legal process, or lawful requests from government or law enforcement authorities.
  • Security and Fraud Prevention: With parties necessary to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security incidents, technical issues, or violations of our Terms.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. You will be notified of any such change and the applicable privacy protections.
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • Transaction Records (swap history, wallet activity logs, on-chain event records): Retained for seven (7) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping and anti-money laundering standards.
  • Application Activity and Error Logs: Retained for two (2) years.
  • Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years after the resolution of your enquiry.
  • Account Data: Retained until deletion of your account, subject to the transaction record retention obligations above.

We may retain information for longer periods if required by applicable law, ongoing legal proceedings, regulatory investigation, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Retention of on-chain data (i.e., data on public blockchains) is outside our control and is permanent.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We will honour deletion requests for non-transaction data. Transaction records will be retained for seven (7) years as described above. Data recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: You may object to our processing of your personal information where we rely on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@fluxor.exchange. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We may require identity verification before processing your request. Please note that exercising these rights does not affect data recorded on public blockchains, which is immutable.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
  • Access controls and authentication requirements on our backend infrastructure
  • Segregated database access with role-based permissions
  • Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, App credentials, and any recovery methods associated with your Fluxor account. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Interface is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will delete it immediately upon notice at support@fluxor.exchange.

10. International Transfers

Fluxor operates globally and your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than India, including countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Interface, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information when it is transferred internationally.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated 'Last Updated' date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the App or by email where feasible. Your continued use of the Interface after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
